"truth (if you want it)" was actually written over a weekend. i was strumming what would become the backbone of the song on guitar, when i said to Darren that i could "probably make a song out of this over the weekend". i did, and it became "truth", and i liked the idea behind it so much i made it the title track of the album.
notice josephine gets put in her place in this song. i don't hold a grudge though, we had some good times, her and i
